Tony Sleva, PE, LSM-IEEE
Tony Sleva has more than 50 years of professional experience as an engineering manager, electrical engineer, project manager, instructor, training program developer, forensic investigator, author, and research engineer.

Projects for Con Edison, Exelon, PECO, PEPCO, Atlantic City Electric, PPL, PacifiCorp, Alaska Railbelt, CTRL (Channel Tunnel Rail Link - England, France), and more.

Business Manager
Alyssa Sleva-Horine
Alyssa Sleva-Horine has 10 years’ experience in environmental science and education. Alyssa graduated magna cum laude, while earning her B.S. in Environmental Studies from Portland State University.

In addition to her duties as Business Manager, Alyssa edits and co-authors technical reports, white papers, and blog posts for Prescient. Alyssa is the lead social media liaison.
​
Alyssa is also Prescient's Lead Environmental Scientist. In this role, she provides technical, environmentally focused insights for a more sustainable approach to modernizing the electric utility industry.

Don Reimert, PE
Don Reimert has worked in all areas of power system design, operation and applications. He has provided services to large investor owned utilities, nuclear power facilities, fossil power facilities, large industrial customers, underground coal mines, and renewable energy providers. He has worked as a design engineer, operations support engineer, protection engineer and subject matter expert.

He has worked as a design engineer, corporate electrical engineer, operations support engineer, project manager, technical manager, electrical supervisor, and subject matter expert.
